Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate hearing it. On the Record...Online is essentially a "live" podcast. My objective is to put a real conversation on the record, online, without editing it, as an alternative to the soundbite culture of mainstream media. Some interviews are livelier than others, and Skype was definitely challenged when this interview was recorded. I hope you'll give us another try. Next week is Danny Sullivan, editor of Search Engine Land and his interview came out very nicely.

That episode could have used some serious editing. I don't think you did your guest any favors by putting it up unedited. I finally had to turn it off without getting to the end because the audio was so awkward.
